Disengaged Youth Fitness Program

This Package Includes:

Initial Planning Meeting (Emphasis on Student Wellbeing)

An initial meeting with your school’s Guidance Officers and relevant support staff. Our Director and a selected Next Phase Performance Coach will meet with school staff to discuss an appropriate and individualised pathway for the targeted student group. This meeting focuses on improving student wellbeing, engagement, and overall quality of life through structured physical activity.

This session allows our team to plan individualised exercise interventions and establish appropriate measurement tools to track engagement, progression, and program success.

Student Introduction & Engagement Session

An initial meeting with the targeted student group. This first checkpoint is crucial in establishing rapport, trust, and clear expectations between students and the coach. Students are introduced to the direction of the program, session standards, and the role of exercise in supporting their wellbeing. Exercise goals, injury history, and previous experience are discussed to ensure all programming is appropriate, inclusive, and individualised.

Dedicated Qualified Coach

A qualified and experienced Next Phase Performance Coach is assigned to the group.

We place a personable and suitable coach with your students to promote positive relationships, consistency, and long-term engagement from day one.

Ongoing Support & Director Oversight

•  Regular in-person check-ins to ensure program quality
•  Term-by-term reviews to track engagement, progression, and outcomes
•  Director oversight to ensure consistency and alignment with school expectations
